Things are changing a bit here at Oaktree Yoga. I have decided to move away from offering beginner’s courses in 2019 and instead create a welcoming general level class on Tuesday evenings. This class is aimed at beginners, those with a few months yoga experience as well as long standing students. Yes, everyone is welcome.
During the Tuesday evening yoga classes students will be offered various options and pose variations throughout the practice so that no matter where you are at, the class can still be accessible as well as appropriately challenging.
So with that in mind, please see find March's timetable below. Now can’t wait to see you on the mat.

Tuesday: March 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th at The Forest Hill Space
TIME: 7.30 - 8.50pm
There will be 4 classes during the month of March - 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th. We will start at 7.30pm. You can attend all 4 classes (£41), 3 classes (£31.50) or attend classes on a drop-in basis (£12). For the month of March we will be practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
