Dear Yogis and Yoginis,

how can we sustain a yoga practice when the days get colder and shorter? By noting yoga practice days in our diary and making a commitment to showing up (as best you can ;))! With that in mind I've outline all the October yoga practice days belowe. Hope to see you on the mat soon :)...

1. Dynamic Yoga  

Tuesday: October 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th at The Forest Hill Space 

TIME: 7.30pm - 8.50pm! 

There will be classes during the month of October - 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th. We will start at 7.30pm and classes will run until 8.50pm! You can attend all 5 classes (£50), 4 classes (£41), 3 classes (£31.50) or attend classes on a drop-in basis (£12).

For the month of October we will be practicing our tried and tested ashtanga vinyasa sequence, with some added bit and bobs for fun and variety ;). 

2. Pregnancy Yoga
