1. Dynamic Yoga  

Dynamic Yoga

Tuesday: April 17th and 24th (no classes April 3rd and 10th) at the Forest Hill Space 

TIME: 7.30pm - 9pm! 


There will be 2 workshop length classes during the month of April - 17th and 22nd. We will start at 7.30pm and classes will run until 9pm! You can pre-pay each class individually (£12) or just drop in on the day (£13.50). Those wishing to attend both classes can pre-pay the reduced rate of £20.  


For the short practice month of April we will delve deeper into the ashtanga vinyasa yoga primary series and dabble in second series too. If you'd like further information or a booking form, please e-mail me at oaktreeyoga(at)yahoo(dot)co(dot)uk. 


2. 6-week Ashtanga Yoga Beginner's Course update!

Thank you to everyone who attended the January beginn'ers course. It was a joy to see you learn the sequence and attend despite the cold, wind, ice and darkness. That's what I call commitment!
