Dear Yogis and Yoginis,

despite the days getting shorter and colder, I've got some good ideas on how to ensure your yoga practice continues to be enjoyable for this time of the year. I'm planning on ensuring the heating is nice and warm AND I'll also be blending dynamic yoga flow postures with more relaxing, restorative postures in this month's sequence. Want to find out more? 1. Dynamic Yoga  

Dynamic Yoga

Tuesday: November 13th, 20th and 27th at The Forest Hill Space (no class November 6th)

TIME: 7.30pm - 8.50pm! 

There will be classes during the month of November - 13th,20th and 27th (no class November 6th). We will start at 7.30pm and classes will run until 8.50pm! You can attend all 3 classes (£31.50) or attend classes on a drop-in basis (£12). For the month of Novemberwe will be practicing a dynamic vinyasa flow sequence for the first 50 minutes and spend the last 30 minutes moving into deeper postures focusing on stretching and relaxation ;). 

2. Pregnancy Yoga

There will be a limited Pregnancy yoga schedule in November 2018. Please see the website for dates or contact me for a booking form or if any questions remain. 

3. I've launched a PODCAST!

I've recently launched my first podcast called Eat, Capture, Share. It's not about yoga, but focuses more on food, photography and social media.
