it's tradition for January's classes to be rather packed - everyone is keen to get back in shape - and coming to yoga is part of that plan and strategy. But it's nearly February and my question is, are you as committed to your practice as you were 4 weeks ago? 1. Dynamic Yoga
Tuesday: February 6th, 20th and 27th at the Forest Hill Space (no class February 13th!)
TIME: 7.15pm - 8.30pm!
There will be 3 75 minute classes during the month of February - 6th, 20th and 27th. We will start at the earlier time of 7.15pm again this month and will move back to the later time in March! You can attend all 3 classes (£31.50) or attend classes on a drop-in basis (£12).
For the month of February I will teaching a sequence that will focus on detoxing the body. So expect lots of twists :). If you'd like further information or a booking form, please e-mail me at oaktreeyoga(at)yahoo(dot)co(dot)uk.
2. 6-week Ashtanga Yoga Beginner's Course continues
Such an awesome and hard working troupe I've got showing up at 8.40 every Tuesday!!! Rain, ice, no daylight and you guys are STILL stepping on the mat and moving so beautifully and gracefull through the postures. It's been a joy to watch! Here a quick reminder of the dates that remain:
