April Newsletter

Dear Yogis and Yoginis,

Another month, another newsletter, but seeing how gorgeous a Spring day it is I'll keep it short and sweet, but still informative (at least that's what I hope) ;). Wishing you all a great weekend.

1. Dynamic Yoga  
Dynamic Yoga
Tuesday: April 4th, 18th and 25th (no class 11th!) at the Forest Hill Space
TIME: 7.30pm - 8.50pm 

Please note that there will be 3 classes during the month of April - 4th, 18th and 25th (no class on the 11th). You can attend all 3 classes (£31.50) or attend classes on a drop-in basis (£12). 

The Booking System:
- Please e-mail me to advise me which one(s) and how many of the sessions you wish to attend. 
- I shall then e-mail you back as soon as possible to confirm your space
- Only when you have received my confirmation e-mail would I ask for your payment to be made. 
- Please check the booking form for terms and conditions
- I start promptly at 7.30pm, but if you are late, no worries just join us when you can. 

For the month of April we will be practicing my all time favourite sequence of ashtanga vinyasa yoga.

Notice: If you have booked, but cannot attend on the day, do let me know. Please note, no refunds can be offered however. Sorry.  

2. Ashtanga 6-week Beginner's Course
After lots of back and forth, I shall finally be teach a new Ashtanga yoga beginner's course starting as of June, 2017. The dates will be as follows:

June 6th, 13th, 20th. 27th
July 4th, 11th

Classes will take place at the Forest Hill Space on Havelock Walk, start at 8.40pm and run for 1 hour. If you would like to attend, please do not hesitate to get in touch to get your booking form. 

3. Nutritional Consultations
As many of your know I've spent the last 3 years studying to be a nutritional therapist and hence I'm over the moon to not only be fully qualified now but also to have found the perfect space from which to offer my consultations. As of May, 2017 you can catch me at The Sunflower Centre in Brockley on Monday mornings (8am - 9am) and Thursday evenings (6pm - 9pm). I'll provide a link to my nutrition website in the next newsletter as it's currently under construction, but please feel free to get in touch if you'd like to book a slot or have any questions about what nutritional therapy involves. After yoga it's probably my most favourite subject so I'm always happy to chat about it. 

4. Vegan Supper Club - The Little Plantation + Salvia & Limone

There are still a few tickets available for my first 'real' vegan supper club called SPRING GATHERING. You can find all the details now on http://thelittleplantation just look under EVENTS. Plus, today is the last day you can claim your 10% off early bird discount, so if you're thinking about going, then now's the time to act :). Any questions, don't hesitate to ask. 

4. Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga classes will continue throughout April though I'll take a short break over the Easter period. Please look under 'classes' for dates or contact me for a booking form or if any questions remain.
