and here it is, the last newsletter of the year! Before I give you this month's yoga timetable and a quick peek at 2018's schedule, I wanted to say a MASSIVE MASSIVE thank you to everyone who came to practice yoga with me. 1. Dynamic Yoga
Tuesday: December 5th, 12th, 19th (no class December 26th!) at the Forest Hill Space
TIME: 7.30pm - 8.50
There will be 3 80 minute classes during the month of December - 5th, 12th and 19th. We will start at 7.30pm. You can attend all 3 classes (£31.50) or attend classes on a drop-in basis (£12).

For the month of December I will teach the promised vinyasa flow sequence :).
2. 6-week Ashtanga Yoga Beginner's Course
I shall teach a new Ashtanga yoga beginner's course starting in January, 2018. The dates will be as follows:
January 16th, 23rd, 30th
February 6th, 20th, 27th
Classes will take place at the Forest Hill Space on Havelock Walk, starting at 8.40pm and run for 1 hour. If you would like to attend, please do not hesitate to get in touch and find a booking form attached.
3. Pregnancy Yoga
Pregnancy yoga classes will continue throughout December. Please see the here for dates or contact me for a booking form or if any questions remain.
4. Christmas Break
I will teach my last class on Tuesday, December 19th and re-open my doors on Saturday, January 6th. The Tuesday classes in January and February will start at the earlier time of 7.15pm to accommodate the beginner's class. Do keep your eye on the website for update. Until then...
