I hope you are enjoying your Bank Holiday weekend and have great plans awaiting you for what remains of it! Seeing that you're probably busy, I'll try and keep the newsletter nice and short today :). The layout is as per usual; any questions, just give me shout. See you all on the mat soon.

1. Dynamic Yoga  

Dynamic Yoga

Tuesday: May 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th at the Forest Hill Space 

TIME: 7.30pm - 8.50pm 

Please note that there will be 4 (+ 1) classes during the month of May - 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th. You can attend all 4 classes (£41), 3 classes (£31.50) or attend classes on a drop-in basis (£12). Class on the 30th is an extra and is £10.50 as a one-off. 

For the month of May we will be practicing a dynamic, vinyasa flow sequence which I'm still in the process of choreographing. So watch this space!

2. Ashtanga 6-week Beginner's Course

After lots of back and forth, I shall be teaching a new Ashtanga yoga beginner's course in September. Dates to follow in July/August. Please keep your eye on the newsletter.

3. Nutritional Consultations

As of May, 2017 you can catch me at The Sunflower Centre in Brockley on Monday mornings (8am - 9am) and Thursday evenings (6pm - 9pm). My new website is FINALLY up and running and you can find it here: Home. Any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

4. Yoga Retreat 2018

All being well I will be hosting Oaktree Yoga's first oversea retreat in the autumn of 2018. The retreat will most likely be in Southern Europe, late September and I shall release more information the moment it's available ;). 

5. Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga classes will continue throughout May. Please see the website under CLASSES for dates or contact me for a booking form or if any questions remain.

Another month, another newsletter, but seeing how gorgeous a Spring day it is I'll keep it short and sweet, but still informative (at least that's what I hope) ;). Wishing you all a great weekend.

1. Dynamic Yoga  
Dynamic Yoga
Tuesday: April 4th, 18th and 25th (no class 11th!) at the Forest Hill Space
TIME: 7.30pm - 8.50pm 

Please note that there will be 3 classes during the month of April - 4th, 18th and 25th (no class on the 11th). You can attend all 3 classes (£31.50) or attend classes on a drop-in basis (£12). 

The Booking System:
- Please e-mail me to advise me which one(s) and how many of the sessions you wish to attend. 
- I shall then e-mail you back as soon as possible to confirm your space
- Only when you have received my confirmation e-mail would I ask for your payment to be made. 
- Please check the booking form for terms and conditions
- I start promptly at 7.30pm, but if you are late, no worries just join us when you can. 

For the month of April we will be practicing my all time favourite sequence of ashtanga vinyasa yoga.

2. Ashtanga 6-week Beginner's Course
After lots of back and forth, I shall finally be teach a new Ashtanga yoga beginner's course starting as of June, 2017. The dates will be as follows:

June 6th, 13th, 20th. 27th
July 4th, 11th

Classes will take place at the Forest Hill Space on Havelock Walk, start at 8.40pm and run for 1 hour. If you would like to attend, please do not hesitate to get in touch to get your booking form. 

3. Nutritional Consultations
As many of your know I've spent the last 3 years studying to be a nutritional therapist and hence I'm over the moon to not only be fully qualified now but also to have found the perfect space from which to offer my consultations. As of May, 2017 you can catch me at The Sunflower Centre in Brockley on Monday mornings (8am - 9am) and Thursday evenings (6pm - 9pm). I'll provide a link to my nutrition website in the next newsletter as it's currently under construction, but please feel free to get in touch if you'd like to book a slot or have any questions about what nutritional therapy involves. After yoga it's probably my most favourite subject so I'm always happy to chat about it. 

4. Vegan Supper Club - The Little Plantation + Salvia & Limone

There are still a few tickets available for my first 'real' vegan supper club called SPRING GATHERING. You can find all the details now on http://thelittleplantation just look under EVENTS. Plus, today is the last day you can claim your 10% off early bird discount, so if you're thinking about going, then now's the time to act :). Any questions, don't hesitate to ask. 

4. Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga classes will continue throughout April though I'll take a short break over the Easter period. Please look under 'classes' for dates or contact me for a booking form or if any questions remain.

I hope you are all well and enjoying the longer, brighter days. It's been so lovely seeing so many of you recently and I'm glad that people are keeping their new year's resolutions and making yoga a regular weekly feature :).

There are a few bits and pieces to update you on plus the class schedule to keep you informed of, so here goes:

2. NEW website
After 8 (!) years I have finally had the chance to update the website and allow it to move properly into the 21st century. Thank you all for bearing with me on this one.

I feel it's much fresher and faster and generally better BUT some changes have also meant that I now no longer have a separate page for a TIMETABLE and STYLES WE TEACH. Instead that info has been put onto one page called CLASSES. I hope you can find your way around. Any questions do let me know.

Dear Yogis and Yoginis,

the dark and gloomy days of January are now firmly behind us and we're on a one way path toward Spring. Anyone else ready for blossoms and lighter days? Yoga will continue through the month of February and the postponed beginner's course will also start toward the end of the month. As discussed in class last week this means that some of the regular dynamic yoga classes on Tuesday will start at 7.30pm. Please read this month's newsletter thoroughly and note down the start times in your diary ;)! There are a few more things to take a note of so keep reading :)...
