Most of the classes at Oaktree Yoga are run as a 4- or 6-week course. This is to encourage commitment to your own practice and allow you to truly experience the benefits yoga has to offer. It also helps your teacher get to know you better and support you in your progress and development.
Courses are especially recommended for those who wish to establish a regular practice and those who are brand new to yoga.
