Yoga
Yoga is an ancient tradition originating in India more than 2000 years ago. The word yoga means ‘to unite’ as it is thought that through yoga we are enabled to truly unify body, mind and consciousness. In doing so, yoga provides a beautiful opportunity to journey inwardly by focusing on the sound and sensation of the breath.

It is said that yoga can create mental calmness, reduce stress and increase health, balance, strength and flexibility. Through the regular practice of yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation, you too can experience the benefits of yoga.
